I work next door to Burger King and go there occasionally when Arby's or Wendys is busy. They take care of one customer at a... time thru the drive thru and you have to wait till they are done with the one ahead of you before they even take your order. Ihave never, ever had a hot burger from them and it's ready the second I place my order, pay and it's handed too me. No waitingfor your order because it's always cold. I don't know who the manager is because there are only kids I see there and most ofthe time they are sitting outside their back doors. Read more
Dont even waste your time. Sat in drive thru at beaver dam for 5-10 minutes. 1 vehicle at the window 1 vehicle waiting for food... and vehicles lining up behinding us, to only be asked to wait even longer. Not fast food at all, had problems here once beforeand decided to try one last time because i use to love burger king. Never again beaver dam location never again. Yesterday I ordered two sandwiches in their 2 for $6 deal. Didn't ask if they had the deal because I already knew they were... running it. The total was $6.33. Today I ordered the same thing and the lady in the drive through gave me a total of $9 and somechange. I asked her, aren't you guys doing the 2 for $6 deal? She said, well you have to mention it before ordering. What?Someone at corporate needs to knock some heads together over there. I never heard of such a thing. Went through the drive-through ordered chicken fingers and french fries they forgot the french fries and the chicken fingers... were ice cold. I went back through the drive-through because the dining room is not open yet, sat in line through four cars gotout the window and they told me ?well I don?t know I can?t do anything about your cold chicken fingers I just take theorders?through the window then the guy behind the window proceeds just slam the door like I am the problem and walk away worstservice ever! This was the worst service I have ever had. My order was not correct and told me I had to drive around the drive thur again to... order what I didn?t get. I could not just order from the window. I have never heard of that . They manager along with a maleemployee were unprofessional with yelling, swearing and name calling. No matter what the situation is, the employees should beprofessional. I gave back my food and got my money but will never go there again. The employees should be fired for theiraction. This happened at the Burger King location in Beaver Dam, WI on July 12 around 7 pm. I don?t understand why it is so hard to follow directions. Spicy Chicking - Spicy sauce, NO MAYONNAISE AND PICKLES. They forgot... the spicy sauce and had put on mayonnaise and pickles. Teach your employees how to do 123 ABC because they can?t even do that.Disgusting. I?ll gladly take my service elsewhere and highly do not recommend this Burger King location. Read more
