Ordered a barbecue beef speciality pizza, instead of telling me they didn?t have that on their menu (obviously someone new not... knowing it used to be a specialty pizza) the cook decided to just change one of their pizzas to accommodate what she thought Iwanted and didn?t tell me that?s what she was doing. This is the rating for Management. The staff on Saturday night did their best despite being overwhelmed with orders (pizza was... legit). Need to hire mor staff but going to be tough at $12/hr. Read more
If today was their best day I'll never step foot in there again. Either hire more staff or replace what is there. Stood at... the pizza counter for 15 minutes and never acknowledged. The cashier at the front wasn't any more helpful. We walked out andwent to your competitors. If you work in Customer service you need to have polite and attentive workers. Wish the customer service was as good as the pizza and cake pops... Update: I took a chance and put Casey's back in my... routine, after taking a month and a half break. Rating on my experience today only. Ordered the breakfast pizza which we?ve had here and at several other Casey?s store before.... Usually it?s thick crust and loaded with ingredients and cheese. Today it was almost a thin crust and it seemed like theyscraped the bottom of the barrel for every ingredient, it was dry with hardly any sauce; they were extremely stingy on cheese,and the crust seemed much thinner than usual. The egg was also over cooked and slightly burnt. Hopefully just a one time issue,but it was very disappointing compared to the usual breakfast pizza . Read more
