Sept 24 8:09pm Updated Review: Ive always had good food here! Today however I received fries so salty I couldnt even eat them,... and really cold nuggets. I also got no receipt! I called and they offered new fries if I was willing to drive back the thing isI was already home! It kind of sucks when ur low on cash and have to get mcdonalds and you cant even eat it :/ AND you alreadypaid for it :/ I mean if the fries were free then whatever but this is food I paid for!! ---?------------- Always have freshfries, great service & have not gotten my order wrong till this day ???? Everytime literally I go to this mcds using the app they are not able to complete the order and have to issue a refund. Last... night bec there was no mgr they could not issue a refund and I just had to pick something other than my order. One of my items Idid get was apple pies.. that were ice cold! The young lady working the drive thru seemed truly sorry but literally everytime Igo to this location there is an issue? Diet Coke out of flavoring. Did not seem interested in filling so we just got a refund and left. 2:30 in the afternoon. ... Manager told staff to just refund no option to wait and get corrected. Unbelievable Read more
I ordered for curbside pickup and when I got home half of my order wasn't there so I called them back to speak with a manager... who told me I didn't order what I ordered even though I have the receipt. He proceeded to give me attitude not wanting me totalk and offered coupons be sent out which not the first time I was offered those and knew they wouldn't show up. If your inBeaver dam and want mcdonalds go to the other one on the other side of town' they at least treat their customers better. Read more
Overall good place to eat.... could definitely have used someone washing off the tables in the dining area.
