We had great food served hot and appealing. Our order was made quickly with no real wait time.
I placed an online order at 9:16 very simple just boneless wings and fries and a pzone after placing my order it said it would... be deliverered by 10:26 so over an hour for delivery. I?m patient and had things to do around the house so I didn?t mind. I gota notification my order was in the oven, and after that nothing. 10:26 comes by and my order still didn?t show. I figure I wouldwait a few more minutes. After another 10 minutes go by I attempt to call the store . Not even 10:40 yet just to see if a driverwas on the way. When I called the store they had the phone calls automatically saying the store was closed. I called back 3 moretimes and had the same message. Pretty disappointing I spent over 3 hours doing laundry so I just wanted something quick to foldlaundry to. The food was great and the service was even better. I don't know your name sir but I hope they can figure out who waited on me... at the counter and give you a raise. We ate inside at this location and ordered a Hawaiian pizza as well as the parmesan knots. The food was really good which is to... be expected at Pizza Hut if you like that type of pizza. The problem that I have with this location is its bathroom and possiblythe staff. While we were sitting and trying to enjoy our meal and time together we had to hear the staff be really loud andcomplain about an order that was placed for $250. When they called the person who placed the order to try to confirm apparentlythe number was out of service or a fake number. They went on about it for 15 to 20 minutes and continue to argue with each otherand the manager. When I come to an establishment like this I'm just trying to enjoy time with my husband and my food I don'treally care to hear all of this. It was actually so much of a bother that we stopped talking and just listened to the staffbecause they were so loud we couldn't really hear ourselves think. There was one lovely staff member that came out to check ifwe needed a to go box which we did. I also have some complaints about the bathroom and think it could be a lot cleaner than itwas.
