If I could give zero stars i would. The hostess had us wait for a full 30 minutes when there were 9 open tables. He also sat us... before another guy that had an infant with him that was there for 40 mins he said. Then we waited 50 minutes for an appetizerand it was cold and looked horrible. It didn't taste bad because I was hungry. We never received silverware or napkins until wewere done with our meals. The manager was nice enough to take my boneless wings off the receipt since I only received 5 of the 8I should have got for $15. I have never had such a bad experience at an Applebee's before in my life. I will never return tothis place again in my life. I understand people make mistakes and have bad days but not 6 different people I had to deal with.I wish I could get my $50 and 3 hours of my life back. Ur better than this Applebee's. Read more

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I first made a phone call to make sure they didn't stop seating at a certain time, and the... lady on the phone was RUDE. "I mean, we close at 12" in the most rude tone she could've possibly used. We knew that set the tonefor our visit, but we went ahead anyway. When we got there, she threw our menus down and said "we close in 45 minutes". Rudelystated that to us as well. We witnessed her walk right passed a few people who said "excuse me" and she was all around rudeanyway. You waitresses wonder why you get 2 dollar tips on 50 dollar orders. You get what you're worth. Always a great place with good value. The hours are very accommodating for those who want to dine late. Service is good and... quick for business lunches. One star less only because they used to have more vegetarian options but less now. Read more
