If I could give zero stars i would. The hostess had us wait for a full 30 minutes when there were 9 open tables. He also sat us... before another guy that had an infant with him that was there for 40 mins he said. Then we waited 50 minutes for an appetizerand it was cold and looked horrible. It didn't taste bad because I was hungry. We never received silverware or napkins until wewere done with our meals. The manager was nice enough to take my boneless wings off the receipt since I only received 5 of the 8I should have got for $15. I have never had such a bad experience at an Applebee's before in my life. I will never return tothis place again in my life. I understand people make mistakes and have bad days but not 6 different people I had to deal with.I wish I could get my $50 and 3 hours of my life back. Ur better than this Applebee's. Read more

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I first made a phone call to make sure they didn't stop seating at a certain time, and the... lady on the phone was RUDE. "I mean, we close at 12" in the most rude tone she could've possibly used. We knew that set the tonefor our visit, but we went ahead anyway. When we got there, she threw our menus down and said "we close in 45 minutes". Rudelystated that to us as well. We witnessed her walk right passed a few people who said "excuse me" and she was all around rudeanyway. You waitresses wonder why you get 2 dollar tips on 50 dollar orders. You get what you're worth. Well, normally Applebee's is good but this may be the last time we go to this one. I'll say we've been to this one A LOT. We... had a server that was newer and that's fine but where the problem came in was manager. This was the first time I've been to onewhere the manager hasn't stopped by to see how everything was. We saw him a few times and he brought our appetizer over andthat was it. When we got our bill there was a drink on there that had to be removed because we ordered it and never got it. He was the one that had to do it or show our server how. Now, our table was no more than 20 feet from the station and it wasn'teven busy but he didn't come over with any kind of explanation or apology, just took it off the bill with no questions asked. The drinks were sent back 3 times. And never came out right. The manager was to busy to come over. So I called him later on the... phone to talk to him. He promised to mail gift cards. Had a great meal even though they were close to closing. I've gone into restaurants about an hour to a half hour before closing... and the food was not as good. This Applebee's is great compared to others I've been to. Very clean and friendly staff!! I hadthe three cheese chicken penne and my husband had a steak.
