We stopped here for a late lunch. It was clean and not super busy. The salad bar was good and taken care of. Our server was nice... enough but pretty much everyone seemed less than thrilled to be there, not a smile, not really a welcoming feeling. My son'sorder wasn't correct and I alerted the server of it but she never corrected it, thankfully he was willing to eat what wasbrought to him so I didn't have to fight because everyone working there seemed pretty miserable by then. Ordered the takeout special of 2 Whale of a cod sandwich meals. Their fish is always first-rate! Got it home, only to discover... the pint of Cole slaw was missing. I called to let them know, and said I wasn't coming back for it, since we're a good 20minutes away, but wanted them to know. Our waitress Hannah, was completely lovely. Hannah had a very difficult customer in the booth behind us and handled it with... professionalism and grace. This customer would have brought me to tears if I was the age of Hannah. The manager also dealt withthis customer in the most professional manner when clearly this customer was just trying to get a free meal. Go Hannah! Read more
Just don?t go there. Said they were out of grilled stickies and they don?t make soup until the afternoon. Service was slow.... Approx 45 minutes til food came. Waitress was completely inattentive. Food was TERRIBLE. My kids chicken tenders were overdoneand like leather. My daughters piece of pizza was somehow burnt on one end and raw on the other. My toast was burnt and ourFrench toast was basically just thick bread with butter & syrup. Arrived to find a 30 minute wait, fine, I'll wait. Got seated after about 20 minutes only to initially be seated at a 4 person... table in the middle of a mostly empty dining room (I was dining solo). Asked for a booth which they obliged to after cleaningone. Placed my order with the server after receiving my drink. After about 10 minutes of waiting for my meal, my server stops bysaying she forgot to submit my order!! Waited another 10 minutes for an overcooked, cold burger and cold onion rings. Wasoffered a complimentary salad bar which I declined for a generous 10% discount ????. Not likely to visit this location again. Read more
