I ordered 4 Large one topping pizzas for my 4 year old's birthday party. I have never had an issue in the past and this time... when I got home and opened the pizza's there was hardly any sauce on them, maybe 1 to 2 pieces of pepperoni per piece of pizzaand so well done that it fell apart in pieces. I came in and spoke to a lady manager who said she knows I am a frequent customerand she wanted to make it right. Of the 4 large pizzas I bought they were comping one pizza, when I went into get the comp pizzathe owner or manager or whoever he was basically yelled at me "when you order something well done you get what you get, If youdon't want it well done don't order it well done" I explained that I am a very frequent customer I even didn't complain whenthey sold me raw pepperoni rolls (I just finished cooking them at home). Ordered a Lg calzone and a sm calzone It was all dough hardly any meat or cheese. I spent $50 dollars on flour. Never again

Poor sausage sandwich. Just got a sandwich & it had a Hardened, Black area, more than 1/2 way into it. Unable to eat it. Called... store, no answer! Voice mail said it was Tues, May10th & closed due to personnel! That was WRONG, ALSO! No answer, unable towrite a note on their site!!! So went to another site! I assume that the sausage was microwaved & it hardened the other half ofsandwich! Couldn't get teeth into sausage. If I could, I would send it back so they can eat their product!!! Ordered two Italian hoagies they barely had any meat on them. It was like a salad on a non and a small salad at that. Asked for... wing dusted wings and hot garlic sauce on side for dipping they told me thy could do that but not how I got them and no sauce.If you have to raise the price don?t skimp on the meat. Especially on an Italian hoagie which holds its name for the meats onit. Read more
