Don't waste your time or money here! You'll only get a sub with stuff you don't want. My husband went to get us subs. He called... me after and said they wouldn't put the cheese I wanted on it. I knew you could pick the cheese you wanted in the past, so Icalled and asked for the manager. Manager tells me if I had ordered a sub online and then picked up in store I could have had ithow I wanted but since it was ordered in store, she was not allowed to put different cheese on. TELL ME HOW THAT MAKES ANYSENSE?!?! They should have just upcharged me for the pepper jack cheese and called it a day. Bad move Subway! Too many other subshops to be so nitpicky about changing out cheese. Manager also would not give me any info about this Subways owner or hermanager. If you really want Subway, go down the road to the one in the plaza with Dunhams sports. Not far at all and hopefullyowned by different franchisee. Read more
My husband just purchased me a bacon egg cheese on Flatbread sandwich. It did not taste very good. The bacon tasted terrible the... lettuce was brown should never have been put on the sandwich. This was my favorite sandwich but was terrible. I do not recommendthis subway restuarant.??? Read more
Very disappointed in the people there today. We usually don't have any problems with them at this location. I ordered my... daughter the kids meal and all they gave her was a sandwich nothing else with it. I ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki andtold them what I wanted on it they put banana peppers on it when I never said i wanted those. Hopefully next time they can payattention to the customers instead of conversations they were having with friends of theirs. The poor customer behind me waitedalmost 20 minutes before getting his order taken and they gave him half off because of it. Just irritating. Read more
Love coming here. Manager is always super kind and understanding, the crew takes time with the sandwiches they make. They have... to be the busiest subway around here thanks to Walmart so I can understand when they?re stressed. Food?s great, never been letdown. Read more
Absolutely terrible when I ordered the salad that I had ordered everyday for the past 2 weeks and I asked for the Italian... sausage in it I was mocked and made fun of when I told them they gave me the wrong amount after eating my entire salad the ownercame out and apologized about the amount but didn?t apologize for the mocking and making fun of a customer plus the place isdisgusting I never see clean tables or clean floors please buy your stuff from a different subway the owner is terrible thestaff is nice the place is dirty and they will mock you. If I could have gave it a 0 stars I would have. Staff was nice enough but took them forever to make the food and there were... about a dozen flies or so flying all over the place landing on the food, myself and my girlfriend. Apparently no one in 21stcentury America knows how to make a sandwich. One minute they?re putting 3 handfuls banana peppers of on it and then the nexttopping they?re dropping 3 pieces of olives on. And this isn?t the first subway I?ve had issues with something as simple asmaking a sandwich. So not going back, I?ll make my sandwich at home next time. Save the money and the trouble Read more
the service was good but the guy working the counter told the cashier that if she didn't use the baskets for dine in he was... going to write her up. he said it while I was present it was very embarrassing to the cashier and if he would have payedattention I ordered 3 subs for 2 people I was taking one home which would have required the use of the bag she gave us. Isincerely felt bad for the young woman and she looked like she was fighting back tears. I have been a manager in hospitality andI know if you have an issue with an employee you handle it in private.
