THIS PLACE JUST KEEPS GETTING WORSE ! I live so close and love Wendy?s so much, that fact I have to avoid eating here is such a... bummer. I always try at least once every other month in hopes something changes but It never does. Today was one of those daysand my hamburger & fries were old and dried out !! I should have took a picture of the cheese , it said it all. The Communityis thriving with all types of new food spots and McDonald?s upgrading, I just don?t understand how nothing is being done topersevere or better this Wendy?s. Is a shame honestly. Fries were over salted and service sucked! No one was even in the drive-through and I sat there forever. I literally spit my... fries out and couldn?t eat them?.! Food was hot that?s the only reason why I gave it two stars. Read more
There are so many things to say about Beaver Falls Wendys and Beaver Falls McDonalds! The whole thing is a mess with both... stores? If only the customers and crew could be more efficient together, and make a successful business? Customers and Crew areso quick to judge and point fingers, when what they could be doing is making things work? I will not be back... the staff was uncoordinated and although they could have a bad night... the girl putting orders out did so... while on the phone. After telling her it was my order and it is for dine in, she insisted that it was not my order and proceededto wrap it up for another customer. The other customer that said it is his. She then proceeded to cuss and unpackage food backon the tray and ran off e claiming she has had it. If this is how a Wendy's is run... just close and save everyone theaggravation and heartburn. The family stopped in for a drink and fries during the car cruise and they were very busy. The place was packed but I can say... that the staff were quick, efficient, and very friendly! The drinks and fries were served fast and hot! Read more
