Service could have been better. Had to go to counter to get additional silverware. A different server topped off my coffee... which I hadn't drank much of. Server dropped check off but never came back to check on us. Would have asked for another cup ofcoffee. Also juice machine decided to go out right after I ordered child's meal. Ended up getting her Sierra Mist which see didnot like as much as juice. Read more
Not my first time having a bad meal from here. The breakfast meal was a very skimpy serving of home fries. (Other times I've... ordered hash browns and they've been incredibly burnt) The turkey sausage must have been microwaved because there was no griddlesear on it, very unpalatable. this location has really gone downhill it's unfortunate that on delivery they can't at least havea decent standard of quality. Stopped for lunch. Wanted some real food while traveling. It was delicious and the service was excellent. We let our waitress... know that we were on the road and didn't have a lot of time. We got our food quickly and we were so glad that we chose BobEvans! Read more
We order Bob Evans when we want "semi-comfort/family" food. It's not gourmet, but it's typically pretty consistent in its... overall mediocrity, which can be comforting. But, they've gotten pretty much worse. Last time I ordered for pickup of a familymeal, I waited over half an hour at the restaurant, thinking they were putting my order together. Nope. It was sitting there thewhole time and finally the cashier checked and was like "Oh, it's all ready ready for you". Naturally it was cold, and Idisliked having my time wasted while the teens working there chatted amongst themselves. Today, we ordered via DoorDash. Thedasher got to the restaurant, and my food was already ready, but it was behind the counter. After waiting 15 minutes forsomeone to acknowledge her and give her my order, she got fed up and went behind the counter herself to get it. Naturally bythe time it got to us 10-15 mins later, it was pretty much ice cold. Doubtful we're going to want to try again anytime soon. Read more
I never seen such poor management, they stopped seating people right after us telling them they were short staffed. We had 2... little kids that were thirsty, we sat at the table over 20 minutes no one came to the table. The manager I assumed stood &talked to customers at a table for over 15 minutes, the lone server was standing talking to another table for over 10 minutes. Iunderstand the short staff problem but there was only 3 other tables occupied while we were waiting & the manager & server wastalking to 2 of them. Definitely needs a management change! Read more
I liked the food there... got some scrambled eggs, turkey sausages and fried eggs with coffee and pancakes... I first checked... the rates on google maps about this place so I was kinda expected that I won?t be happy with food and service... but it didn?thappened... food was in time, warm and tasty... and the service was great... our waitress was quick and so helpful... she tookafter as well... clean and good prices as well... they doing a good job for me there... no complaints...
