The food was good, the line seemed to take forever! there were signs all over that said "take out only" They were too busy... trying to clean the dining area and only 1 person was doing the food line, and it was only 8:30pm on a Tuesday, they're supposedto be open until 10?! I paid crazy xtra for the Guac which once U got home noted is was totally brownish, not green at all. After doing some shopping at the green Saturday oct 1 my son wanted chipotle. The line was wrapped around the lobby, but the... workers were fast and efficient. when it was time for me to order, they were very polite. Every worker was in their own station,making sure everything was stocked and clean. The only problem I had was while waiting in line I noticed the lobby was verydirty and I seen the manager standing there a few times just watching over his employees. once I got to the front to make myorder, the manager was still just kind of standing around not doing anything when Clearly the lobby was dirty. I feel like as amanager it?s not only your job to make sure everything run smoothly but also don?t feel like you?re too above your workers toget your hands dirty..get a cloth broom and dust pan and go sweep and wipe being how busy they were and could not get out to thelobby and clean. We got our food AND cleaned off a spot to eat. About 20 minutes later, once the line was clear, the employeesimmediately came out and started cleaning without being told. VERY GOOD WORKERS! This is one of the worst chipotles in the country. I live nearby and on two separate occasions this week I have gone to this... location and they closed their doors early without notifying anyone. They lock people out during business hours. One time Iwalked in and they told me ?sorry sir we cannot serve you we currently have too many online orders we are preparing? and thengot standoffish with me. I love chipotle and I go every couple of days, this is the only location that is frustrated me enoughwith some thing to post it on Google. If I had an easy way to contact corporate I would because it?s entirely unacceptable toclose your doors and just stand around inside at 2 PM on a Saturday. Read more

I have ordered a chicken bowl through grubhub and entire item was prepared wrong there was no chicken in my bowl no sour cream... no veggies they have only added rice, tomato salsa and cheese. I am appalled by the regular closure of this Chipotle at the Greene, especially on a Friday night. Not just once or twice..... REGULARLY. As someone who has been a champion of Chipotle?s brand since they only had 35 stores, wearing multiple styles oftheir t-shirts, and eating there 3-4 times a week since the early 2000s, I have earned a right to have a strong opinion. I haveeaten at Chipotle thousands and thousands of times and this is selfish activity that benefits the workers of the store and notthe customers. Tonight, I had to tell my ten year old daughter we weren?t eating at Chipotle because of this, and this is whatshe was looking forward to for her Friday night ?family night? tradition. Tonight, I walked in and tore one of the three signsoff the window and handed it to a team member because I was fed up with it. And before someone says to me ?You could just usethe app.? No. We don?t have time to walk through your app process. The rest of the family was at Noodles and Company gettingtheir food already, and it was now or never.
