I don't really understand the point of ordering online if I still have to wait over a half hour when I show up when they said to... show up. My order was somehow mixed up. We received the wrong order. They did make it right when we called and drove back up. This was my... first time ever going here. I can say the employees working were definitely not friendly or inviting. When I returned for myorder to be corrected same attitude from the young gals except for one gentleman behind the counter. Wow! I never write reviews but this place is amazing.Walked in, was greated immediately. Order my food with the help of the girl... behind the counter. While waiting for my food I had to pleasure of meeting and talking with one of the higher ups from DiBellasheadquarters He was very nice and is retired Air Force. I thought it was very nice of him to take the time to talk to me tothank me for my service. I lost my ticket stub but the workers did an amazing job making sure I got the correct sub.
