The food is good, don?t get me wrong but the customer service is horrible. I don?t remember if I saw a name tag but the person... who made my sushi roll was so rude, had an attitude the whole time and gave me and my significant other dirty looks forabsolutely no reason. Really enjoyed my self-created sushi roll. I was able to make half with crab and half with tuna. I asked the staff for... suggestions on which ingredients might be tasty, and they were happy to give several different options. The chili ponzu sauce isheaven! The only thing that would make the roll better for me, is if it had been a little colder. The rice was kind of luke warmwhich made the eating experience only a 9/10 for me. This is the second time I?ve ordered on doordash from this location. The first time they forgot to put any of the sauce I... selected on my sushi and they forgot to include the extra sauce (which is very pricy at $5). It was inedible and falling apart.I threw it away. This time they didn?t forget the sauce, but they completely smothered it, it?s almost inedible, once again!They also forgot my side sauce AGAIN! Read more
Very friendly staff and great food. Quickly became one of my favorite casual dining places.* *Edit Lowered score after... visiting first time after mandate lifted. Portions are now smaller for same price. Staff seemed annoyed we were here trying toorder despite place being empty. Did not arrive close to close or anything. Place is disgusting. Not sure why we keep coming back. I keep getting peppers in my roll when I don?t even add it. My girlfriends roll does, but not... mine. She also got plastic in her roll so that?s not fun. We used to like it and would come almost daily for lunch but forconstant mess ups it?s not worth it anymore. If you do order from here, check before leaving and inspect it. Read more
