Fantastic ice cream! Super helpful staff! I live a very long way away in Texas and only come to Ohio to visit family but I make... it a point to come to Graeter's several times every visit. What an adorable ice cream spot!! The ice cream flavors are familiar, but taste even better than you?d expect! They even have... some unique flavors that are amazing. There?s lots of seating inside. You can also buy little local treats that you can look atwhile going up to pay. The staff members are kind and helpful - especially with indecisive people like me! You can get littlesamples which was awesome. They have a drive-thru service at this location. There?s a little drinking fountain inside the store,too! Read more
Sometimes the employees are on top of everything and are quick. While other times a few employees stand around and don?t do... anything. The place wasn?t busy, and had a few employees look at us in line, the only people in line, and just stood theredoing nothing else. Amazing ice cream though. :) Read more

Graeter's always has a delicious, unique selection of ice creams available. I can't recommend a milkshake or the dark chocolate... brownie ice cream enough. They also offer cones, sorbets, sundaes and chocolates to take home. The staff is friendly andefficient. There's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Read more

Great ice cream! Not much time, but grabbed a pint to-go. Great service, courteous employees, what's not to love?! ????
