Firstly I would like to address the other reviewers; they claim the food had no flavor, but with my experience I was able to... taste the bold flavors and spices used in the dish, which leads me to believe their loss of taste is COVID related. Going intothe review: I was quite skeptical about ordering from here due to all the negative reviews. I ordered the Cajun Chicken Pasta,easily one of the most expensive items on the menu... What I got was quite satisfying. The portion was big enough for me toenjoy and still have leftovers. The food was delivered promptly and it was still hot. The chicken was not too juicy and not toodry, perfectly blackened. The pasta was cooked thoroughly. I could taste the sundried tomatoes, parmesan cheese and white winethat was used to cook it. I will definitely be ordering from again, maybe with a little more bravery to try that notorious macand cheese burger. Read more

We ordered philly cheese steak roll, cajun chicken pasta, veggie burger, chocolate cake, and fries. The fries and chocolate cake... was the only flavorful item that came out of this kitchen. The cheese steak rolls were nothing but boiled meat with cheese noflavor what so ever. Veggie burger mushy with no flavor. Fries were covered in a seasoning salt mixture that was the only thingworth eating other than the chocolate cake which was delicious. Over priced food that taste horrible Guy should be ashamed. DO NOT waste your money...I can't believe Guy would do this to the state where he was born .....the food was HORRIBLY dry and... burnt ...I asked for no onion , no tomato and it had EXTRA onion and extra tomato ...the chicken sandwich was so dry it soundedlike I was eating potato chips. Burger was okay, the burger was dry and the food was cold despite how close I was to delivery. 5 guys has a better burger for... cheaper and with more options. Delivery was missing 10$ in fries that was ordered. Will probably not eat here again. The onlypositive for me was the sauce on the burger had good taste but was unfortunately lacking. Read more

Absolutely terrible food bone in chicken, burgers dry and barely edible fires completely left out of the order then trying to... get my food or my refund involved calling 3 different locations. Don't waste your time. Guy seriously failed here and if this ishow you help the restaurant industry by cheating customers by over charging for poor food you should be ashamed. Read more

Terrible. Simply terrible. This is basically a pop-up restaurant concept. Delivery only. Food is delivered by Postmates.... Appears to be more of a food distribution situation more than anything. No idea exactly how it works, but my guess isprepackaged pre-made food is sent to the "restaurant" and it is heated on demand and sent out via the Postmates deliveryservice. Our food was cold, garishly flavored and clearly cooked and reheated. For half the price, it would have beendisappointing. For what we paid, it was entirely unacceptable. Don't be like me and my friends who ordered from here. You're young you know and love Guy Fieri, you see that he's opened a... place here and wonder, "hey, this'll be a fun experience and well do it for the memes", well it was ALL fun and games until ourover 100 dollar order (it was for 3 people), took over 4 hours to get here, and when it did it was all so cold and soggy andbland I didn't didn't finish. Just go to Basket Robbins or literally any other place that serves burgers its not worth the time,or the price. As a man once said "you can't eat ironically, you still have to actually eat it".
