Pizza is absolutely delicious however as a representative just called me over 45 minutes after I placed my order to tell me that... they wouldn't be able to actually deliver the pizza because they are that under staffed waiting until the pizza should havebeen delivered to actually let me know that they wouldn't be able to is completely unprofessional. And so hey this is just pizzaas they appear on there call her ID instead of actually identifying themselves as the pizza parlor that I ordered from, I'mreally offended that the dude was just like so you can come pick it up. And a full week to get a refund is ridiculous. Bestpizza in town but I will no longer be ordering here. Read more
Love that Detroit-style pizza. Its rectangular, not circular, which seemed weird at first, but it tastes great!
Absolutely love Jets Pizza! Hot buttery crust in a Detroit style. I will always pick them if given the option for takeout pizza.... I wish I could get my hands on the pans. Read more

The 20% discount coupon was not working when we attempted an on line order so my wife called the store near the Fairfield Mall.... The lady told her to bring the coupon when she came in and they would work it out. When she got there my wife was told that thiswas only a coupon for online orders and no discount would be given. We have since spent hundreds of dollars on pizza that wasbought from your competitors that would have been yours. Read more

This Pizza is Awesome & I'm picky because I'm Italian. The pizza order was great & I tried their wings. Those wings were the... best I've ever had. I got the sweet chili & had them well done. They were perfect. Give Jets a try, they do get busy so orderearly. I'm from the Youngstown area & we don't have a Jet's here so that's why when ever I see a Jet's 'I can't pass one up.
