We had a great time. It was delicious, our chef was fun and interactive. If you just look at the menu and see the prices, it... could keep you from going, it can be pricey but the experience, interaction, and all the laughs we had, was worth it! Read more

Food was very good. Hibachi chef was a lot of fun and made for a great time. Restaurant is in decline physically and not the... cleanest. Front of house staff was all sitting on phone and tablets and very disassociated. Was an ok experience but service isdefinitely not a priority and there doesn?t seem to be much leadership for the wait staff. Indicative of today?s environmentunfortunately. Read more

First off I want to say I do NOT recommend this place for the service alone. That being said my experience here started off... going very well. When I came in I was greeted warmly and place was clean and smelled delightful. I had a large take out orderand there was a taller again woman who assisted me. She was very friendly and helpful. As it was a large order I asked her torepeat it back to me to ensure nothing got missed and she had it written down perfectly and even offered me a water while Iwaited for my food. That's pretty much the end of the good customer service I received here. After that she was gone and wasreplaced by a shorter white female who seemed friendly enough at first. I asked her to add on 2 drinks with no ice and 4 sauces(2 yum yum and 2 ginger). She said of course and she would add the drinks to the bill and just throw the sauces in the bag forme. Now flash forward over an hour waiting for the food (which seemed a bit excessive as they weren't busy but perhaps they wereshort staffed) and The little white woman comes to the front and let's me know my order is ready. I had a feeling to doublecheck things plus I didn't receive my drinks. In one bag I discover my drinks are in large soup containers with ice. Annoyedbut figured it's a small thing and decided to let it go. Next I find I'm missing 3 gyoza, sashimi, there was a fried rice thatwasn't mine. Then I notice my fried ice cream was put into those Styrofoam boxes that don't close fully and was nearly at thebottom of a big file with hot food layered on top. My salad was also mixed in with it. So now there's melted ice cream all overthe bag and I have a hot salad. I asked the woman if she could fix these issues. She rolled her eyes and snatched the bag away. She comes back with new bill and it's about $30 higher. Those sauces she said she would throw in for me she decided to chargeme a dollar for each one plus tacked in extra ones I didn't request I ended up being charged over $10 Read more

I really like Osaka! The food is absolutely awesome, the service is fast, friendly and the whole restaurant is clean. The sushi... is on point! California roll add cream cheese and the dragon roll are my go 2's, deep fried calamari's grape they have sometype of sweet spicy sauce which you dip it in and it makes my mouth water. Hibachi chicken and steak was my choice today, and Ichose correctly. I will be back!! Read more

The Osaka Japanese Steakhouse was fabulous! My daughter and I went there for dinner and had a marvelous time and fantastic food.... We had SO MUCH fun. Chef Eddy was amazing with three main tools; a spatula, a fork, and a knife. Oh, and flame. There was lotsof flame! I can't recommend it highly enough! Read more
