Buyers beware. I ordered pickup from this cafe and unfortunately, the cafe couldn't fulfill my order. The manager told me to... contact customer service to get a refund. I did so, and have spent the last 4 weeks trying to get a refund from customerservice. They refuse to provide one. So, watch out before spending your money here. Read more
Never mobile order from here if you're trying to save time. They NEVER have it on the pickup self, defeating the purpose of even... having it. Just stacking up pickup orders behind the counter, leaving you standing there for 5-10 minutes waiting on someone tofinally give you your order. I've tried multiple times ordering earlier and earlier, but at some point, I can't maneuver myentire morning around this one Panera. Read more
I went here today with my family and friends and had a great experience! Our cashier Sydney was such a great worker and got all... of our bakery items out fast and delicious. I love how Panera updates their menu from time to time, I don?t eat out frequently but whenever I do there?s already something... new to try out here! I am vegetarian. I have options to choose from here. They have : Breakfast - I recommend the spinach artichoke quiche. Soups - ... My favorite is broccoli cheddar. Salads - Fuji Apple dressing. Drinks - Peach hot tea or lemonade. I order the pick 2 = Soupand salad and a chunk of delish bread. ( little containers of butter are located where you pick up your order.) I always pay theextra $1.00 to add a desserts - I like the kitchen sink cookies. Don't forget to sign up for the rewards program card. For yourbirthday you get to pick a free desert. There may be a wait here. I use the app to order to quicken this process. There arekiosk to order from as well. Read more
