Never enough parking but the food and an iced chai latte are always phenomenal! Staff is friendly but sometimes assumes that... everyone has been to the restaurant before and knows what is on the menu. I wish the menu displayed ingredients so that waycustomers wouldn't have to ask. I always find it to be pricey but the quality of food is always higher than other restaurants. Read more
Absolutely unprofessional and rude. One of the worst managers and she was extremely rude. Ordered iced carmel latte and paid for... extra carmel. There was barely carmel there so I told her I paid for extra. Rudely she said you?ll have to pay for double doublecarmel. Clearly she doesn?t like this job and if any of the management or co-works reading this you know she?s rude andunprofessional. Find someone who?s appreciative of this job. Read more
Whenever I dine it my order is always right, the dining room is clean, what have you - no complaints. But every time I have a... rapid pickup order from this place for a bagel they never bother to slice or toast it. Despite me selecting that for my bagel? Ithought the first 2 times were an accident but now I?m starting to think they just aren?t paying attention. Read more

It's the first day of July, and it's my birthday month! I decided to start my month with a special theme, eat right, exercise... right, and love a lot!?????? So my eat right I started my day with Panera Bread's Mediterranean Warm Bowl, without meat, and ahot Orange/Mint Tea with honey. My mouth was exploding with flavors all around. The arugula and black olives along with thehumus, were the strongest, but I love all three so I enjoyed every bit of it. The next time I will choose a more subtle teaflavor. The Signature Take Chicken Sandwich = ???????????????? Panera Bread's take on the chicken sandwich is worth the try, even at... the "humble" price of $10.89. It's smartly crafted with a juicy, well-seasoned chicken breast and other flavorful ingredients,and it's quite filling without being too heavy or overbearing. I like to add red onions, tomato slices and spicy pickle chips tothem as the default ingredients make it look and taste a bit "lonesome." ...AND WHILE WE'RE ON THE SUBJECT OF PANERA BREAD:this location seems to be making a HUGE improvement in their quality of service, especially with getting modified orders donequickly and correctly. I no longer have to say useless prayers in my car before picking up, hoping that they get my ordersright. Please keep that momentum going! Read more
I was able to try out the new mac & cheese with broccoli from panera for lunch. The cheese sauce is very smooth and cremey with... a rich almost blended cheese flavor. Better than what I expected. The macaroni noodles held up well to the sauce. I would haveliked them to be slightly more al deneta. It had a nice mix of broccoli. Overall pretty good. I paired the Mac with a fruit cup.Fruit was nice and crunchy with a good selection. Pretty good lunch overall. Read more
OMG!! PLEASE CORP LISTEN? The so call MANAGER on duty JACKELINE . Gave me the most awful treatment as I went to pick up a cup... of coffee around 9am today . Well for some reason she couldn?t find my account with my number which I repeated twice , Also Ialready had a staff trying and it was rude to me but anyway they couldn?t figure it out and she told me if you?re not buying itI?m not gonna give you free coffee that was horrible in front of a lot of people I was embarrassing. I call the customer carefrom the store while I was there and on the phone the the girl assisting me heard when she say get out of the store!! Icouldn?t believe it neither could the girl on the phone. Finally customer care found my account and resolved my issue I amthankful that they not only gave me my coffee but also $10 gift certificate.
