Service was fantastic - the gentleman who took our order was very friendly and helpful. Disappointed in the size of the... portions. When compared to the pictures, the portions are incredibly small and unsatisfying. I got the chipotle wrap, which Ithought would be a full burrito size. In actuality, it was barely half of that. The same was true for the other sandwich weordered. We had to go back and order an extra bagel, with which we only got one-eighth of a small avocado. This place has to be a joke. The picture below is a almost 6 dollar drink not only is it already small to begin with but this... time it's not even filled up all the way. And on top of that I was charged for one order and not even given the correct foodthrough the drive. I order pretty much the same thing every visit and lately it's either wrong or the wrong topping on the food.This is ridiculous. For as much as you want to charge you think you could find some quality staff and some quality control. Whenthis location 1st opened they were great. Not so much these days. We stopped in mid-afternoon for lunch. Store was clean and not crowded. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Food was... fresh and hot. Portions are large. Service was fast. It's just a bit expensive to eat here very often, otherwise we'd have given5 stars. Read more
Order the Steak and Cheddar via the Panera App. Sandwich was very lacking, minimal meat, missing cheese. Full sandwich should... have come with a side of chips, no chips. Come on Panera! Drive through. I ordered soups for the fam, croissant for the kid who never eats anything because she likes it, and a whole... chicken salad sandwich for myself because I've been craving it for years. Finally went to the new Panera after not having it formany years. They forgot the croissant, the first great disappointment. My chicken salad sandwich was pathetic. My favorite Panera Bread. It's always clean and the cashiers are always friendly. This time I ordered something different- for... me. I tried the Chipotle Chicken and Bacon ???? Flatbread Pizza. Lots of chicken, plenty of bacon and a few chunks of tomatoes.The chipotle sauce on top brought it all together. Just the right amount of kick. Read more
