This man told me I have nothing better to do on thanksgiving when I came to this Starbucks on thanksgiving and politely asked... for a refund for my frappechino since they gave me the wrong kind. That frappechino was for my sick niece in the hospital whocan?t eat dinner with her family meanwhile my sister is dying inside watching her own baby suffer. I tried to be kind so I don?tknow why he had to be so mean to me. Holidays are already hard enough. Thanks for making me cry and giving me even less faith inhuman kind and still seeing good in the world. It may seem small but that little bit of judgement and meanness really hurtduring this time. When I asked for his managers phone number he refused to give it out. I knew going in how it might lookgetting Starbucks on thanksgiving night but I was hoping people think like me and don?t judge others since I know I wouldn?twant to be judged. Read more

I love this Starbucks, can be extremely busy and lengthy sometimes bit always good and fresh. I think they should consider... redesigning the drive through, had to wait 10 min once to get out from the drive thu.. Read more
I wish I could give this location more than two stars. Sadly, the location is always out of lots of things. Or the person will... say yes, they have it and then seconds later say no. So, I do have a strange suspicion, it's more to do with this one particularbarista, that's always there early in the morning, that just doesn't feel like making these things. It's really gone down hillsince he started working there. He makes the worst drinks. Plus, he just double cups the drinks that have liquid running overthe original cup, making it look disgusting. I go to this Starbucks almost daily and typically it takes a while but the employees are friendly and are working hard. Morning... of 8/1, took 3 minutes for someone to come on the speaker and when I pulled up to the window, two young girls were whisperingand laughing by register for another 3ish minutes before I was even acknowledged. I asked the girl if I could redeem my pointsand she says sure. When I asked what the new price was, she said ?Oh you wanted to actually redeem your points? It?s too late todo that.? I?m all for having fun at work, but not at the expense of customer service. Very out of the norm for this location. Read more
This is the only Starbucks on the southside with a drive-thru and that?s not in a Kroger. The one on Far Hills is great too but... I couldn?t help but to feel ? outta place ? walking into that one. In my opinion, this is the best one. The staff is alwayspolite. Always friendly. Kinda cozy actually. Read more
