The girl who waited on me was rude. When she told ne my total it was way more expensive than normal and I always get same... drink. When I said something about she well tis the season for prices to go up. She needs to learn how to speak to customers. Read more

I?m not sure if it?s because they?re inside a grocery store and not an actual solo store or if it?s because of the management,... but this location is absolutely terrible. I love to get a coffee before I start my grocery shopping, but it seems like recently,every time I go there they?re out something major to the point that they can?t make most drinks, their blenders are broken,their espresso machine is out, or they can?t make hot lattes because something isn?t working. Just went there 2 times in 3 days,and the first day they had a sign that said they?re blender wasn?t working, so they couldn?t make frapps or cold foam. Wentthere two days later and their blenders were still broken, but now they also couldn?t make hot lattes! I?ve been prettydisappointed lately. Read more

I typically just get the house coffee... Pike Place or whatever seasonal. Have to say this location?s coffee is the weakest... Starbuck?s coffee I?ve ever had. Coffee looks/tastes like tea. Not a one time occurrence... every time! Maybe the manager iscutting corners to save money?!? If you?re looking for typical strong Starbucks coffee, this is not the place for it! Read more

There was one person working! She was taking the orders and preparing the drinks. She was so overwhelmed. My drinks where wrong... and I didn't even get my croissant. I didnt want to complain to her. It's not her fault management can't schedule enoughemployees. Read more

I have no idea what the other customers who left reviews are talking about. This is hands down the best Starbucks I have ever... been to. Not just one of the staff members, but ALL of them are very friendly and always get my orders right. They are verypersonable and usually even remember my order. I cannot tell you how many times I have went to a different coffee place and myorder has been wrong and it was a waste of money, or had terrible customer service. It might be a little out of the way to goinside on the way to work to get your coffee, but very well worth it. Thank you, wonderful employees! Read more
