I used my app to place a pickup order. It was supposed to be ready by 4:55pm but they didn't get it ready until 5:17pm. The... place was crowded inside with several people waiting for orders. During the time I waited for my order, multiple people went upto the register to cancel their orders and get refunds because they were tired of waiting. All of the employees were young andseemed like they needed direction. Chaotic is not a word I would generally use to describe a service station anywhere, butthat's all that comes to mind for this Starbucks. I was greatly disappointed. Read more

First and foremost your Starbucks is very popular and necessary because you serve a large community. All of the employees work... very hard there and I appreciate your service! You guys prepping my girlfriend's coffee is an integral part of her functioningas the star employee that she is. You guys have come through every time so far except this time. I know this is not theemployees fault but an issue with supply. For whatever reason your store was out of very important supplies for her and whoeverelse didn't get their coffee today ?????????. Now I'm sure you guys will be up and running and helping us all get by withproviding the great juice of the sacred coffee bean. I said I wasn't going to get involved but now this affects the happiness ofthe woman I love. There are few important things in her life and Starbucks and I were up towards the top! They got my order wrong then over charged and tried to argue with me about it. The line was very long, all the way around the... building so I guess they were stressed out. I went ahead and paid what she said it cost although it was double what I expectedand took the iced drink although I ordered a hot coffee ???????????? ? I ended up enjoying the cold drink so maybe I'll orderthat next time... and if they get it wrong and give me coffee I'll come out even, eh? ???????? Nasty employee working the drive through tonight. She was laughing at us as we ordered in the headset , where we could hear her... all because of how we ordered (we were trying to order a caramel ribbon crunch coffee hot instead of a frapp, I guess they can?tdo that). Instead of explaining the options she chose to laugh where it was audible in the mic. When we got to the window to payand get our drinks she got more nasty; absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. I know people have bad days, this wasnot the case. Read more

The place has a nice atmosphere. I love the fireplace in the winter. The staff is patient and very friendly. The drinks are... well made and they will even ask if you don't want whip if you ask for milk alternatives. The drive-thru is usually full and sois the parking lot. The line inside is shorter. Good mobile service. Outdoor seating with 4-5 tables. Well-designed drive thru. Decent amount of interior seating space.... Friendly staff. Efficient. Ample parking. Entrance is a bit tough to figure out from Main Street- need to enter mall area andenter from the back and then pull around for front door or drive thru. Read more
