Get these kids some help whoever the GM and DM is of this location shame on you. You shouldn't put any employee in a situation... like you do so regularly at this location. I was missing food wrong Patty's were used and was completely missing a happy mealmade our meal not so happy when my daughter didn't get her toy. This is not anyone working tonight's fault it's managementsfault for allowing this location to operate with so few employees. Read more
Went there for a breakfast burrito and a hashbrown at around 6:30am. There was what seemed to be only one person working. She... provided great service and apologized for the wait, but you could tell she was a little overwhelmed. The hashbrown was cold andso was the burrito but that can only be blamed to them being understaffed on a busy day. Kudos to the one employee for keepingpeople moving. Read more

The young person behind the counter was overwhelmed. They had to do everything. This location is way too busy to have a drive... thru and lobby service with only 1 employee. Yeah don't waste your time here. Walked in and it was a good 10 minutes before someone came out to take orders. We placed our... order at 8:29pm and didn't get it till 8:55pm. Kid that brought it out just threw it on the counter yelled our number and left.We watched more people get tired of waiting and leave than got service.
