The womens bathroom is absolutely disgusting. Trash cans over flowing in the stalls, dirt and dust ON the roilet. Hover and... bring your own wipes. Read more
I'm an expediter who stays at Pilot 90% of the time when I need sleep on the road, an I fill my tank with gas from Pilot 100% of... the time out here. This is a great station and deserves the praise... Ignore the negatives, they are always from truckers whothink they are the greatest thing on wheels when in truth they are nothing more than negative people wanting to make everyonefeel miserable. My family to Piliots my Granddaughter says says calling all guests she's cooking up some recipes and some discounts deals to... pass on to friends and other fellow guests we love this location cause it reminds of home a IHOP that has homemade soups andmeals great staff quality merchandise and quality service with a quality smile that will warm your heart. Clean, nice personal everywhere on, products are fresh and lot of space. Such a great place for travelers
Filthy. Whole store. Filthy. We didn't buy coffee, or cappuccino because of the dirty filthy conditions. Soda fountain looks... like it has mold growing in it so no sodas either. If they look like this, then they haven't been properly maintained andcleaned inside. THIS IS HOW PEOPLE GET SICK, FROM FILTH LIKE THIS PLACE. Didn't even bother to go inside restrooms, we reallyjust stopped for coffee and cappuccino and left with nothing. GET IT TOGETHER OR JUST CLOSE IT. Read more
