Nice and clean restroom, shower and store ! Clean parking big lots ! Employees are nice ! Shower was too slow though !
RV DUMP STATION IS NOT OPERABLE. Someone needs to update the website or add a sign at the very least at the station. After... driving 45kin out of my way, getting wiggled in facing the wrong direction with a 45-ft fifth wheel, dragging all my hoses out,and getting ready to dump - I went inside for the key and was THEN told it was shut down. The manager who works on weekends, specifically Sunday August 28th at 3.30 pm is very unprofessional and very rude. He had a... personal pizza box next to the pizzas that are for sale and when I asked him about this, he was very rude with his response,saying "that's mine" like I was one of his employees. I said that is not professional and I imagine it's against policy andhealth sanitation. I asked him why there wasn't much options for hot food, being that it is a flying J truck stop and he gotvery upset and said he doesn't have any staff and they don't cook food on second shifts. The way this man was talking to me mademe feel very threatened and intimidated to the point where I started looking around for other employees and asked him if he wasthe manager and he was and pointed to his name tag and then asked if o wanted corporate phone number to which I replied yes. Hethen gives me a rewards card and says that it is corporate phone number. This is crazy to me how people like this are rewardedinto management positios and thanks to Pilots neglect of having professional management, I will no longer stop at this pilot.Thanks for an awful experience Justin Read more

Want to talk about Denney?s located in the Flying J beaver dam oh. Not big on chicken but ordered a sizzling spicy skillet... dinner. Have not gone into a Denny since they came into J?s because I thought they were overpriced for the amount of food yougot. Pretty decent Flying J location. Lots of parking, including separate RV spot. That was greatly appreciated. Men's room could... have used a little attention, but nothing too bad. Did laundry and took a shower here. This place has all the amenities you'vecome to expect from a modern truck stop. Read more
These cashiers clerk need to be retrained on how to be competent workers. Their customer service skills was the most atrocious,... I?ve seen in a long time. Some ppl don?t need to work with the public because they can?t set aside their personal nonsense to dotheir job properly, 100%. While the customers were standing at the counters to complete their transactions, they?re in a hurdlejoking around for 7 minutes while casually glancing at the customers; not a ?I?ll be right with you ?nothing!
