While the service at SubWay can be great, you can also get some lack luster service. The store is usually clean, but there are... moments that is less than. The main problem with this Subway is how they struggle to stock their products. Often times, andespecially so on Thursdays, they will be out of a number of toppings, such as pickles, cheese, and sometimes even some of theirmeats. Other than that, I find it totally acceptable. Also, they didn't cut my sub. At all. Like, it's still one peice of breadwith meat and sauce. Come on. Read more

This Subway is always very poorly stocked, for example today (07/28) they were out of bacon. However, the most disappointing... aspect of this particular experience was a very unprofessional staff member. The two younger girls, (I believe one tag saidMary, the other had pink hair) were doing their best to complete orders and provide excellent customer service all while anolder lady with glasses stomped, scowled and snapped at them, she even rolled her eyes when they spoke to her at one point. As acustomer, it was very awkward and uncomfortable witness. Management may want to consider having the teenagers coach the adultson professionalism. Read more

Was in Beaverlodge subway to order and witnessed employee (name tag said Brooke) and customer who seemed to be her friend team... up on another employee that was working. Very Very unprofessional. Ordered online at around 2:15 pm and the app said it would be ready at 2:50 there was no one in parking lot and only one person... inside seated. I went in at 2:50 it wasn?t even started the lady said give me one minute and started working on an over thephone pickup order rather than mine. Will not be ordering from this location again. How long does it take to make two subs. Read more

Small, clean location. Subs were fine but could have used a more generous helping of fillings. They were rather skimpy.

Great customer service, they listen and don't have to ask you to repeat yourself very often, The food I ordered there was better... than some places I have eaten from fast food takeout places. They have proper COVID-19 Rules and Regulations in place. Read more
