Just waited 15 minutes as the only person in line to pay $8 for 2 half scoops of freezer burnt ice cream. Heading home for the holidays and I ran across this quaint little restaurant. Boy I?m sure glad I did! It was a cold day so I... needed something to warm me up. They served me up some of their homemade chicken soup with dumpling noodles - delicious! DareI say it rivaled my great grammy?s recipe (God rest her soul). Quick service and friendly staff and even better conversation.I?ll definitely be making a point to stop here again next year during my travels. Read more

This was a great place to get hard dipped ice cream and food good for a grill, soups in winter we're great! Too bad they... couldn't make a go of it with covid. Hope that someone with good funds will buy it and keep this little historical gem open! Read more
