First of all i didnt get a receipt. Second the so called manager says i cant order a bmt without pepperoni then turns around and... charges extra for salami. I have never heard of such b.s. i have spent 30 to 40 a week there for the last 2 years that endedtonight i will drive farther to get my order the way i have always ordered it. Its a shame i cant spwnd my money in thecommunity i live in. Very poor service Read more
Food was fresh and made fast. Employees were super friendly. Store was clean and well kept. Overall great experience.
Great staff, good sandwich as ordered. Since it was raining the drive through equipment wasn't working properly but it wasn't... the employees fault just a store glitch. Read more
Multiple times I was charged for a foot long sub when ordering a six inch sub. This stopped when I requested a receipt. ... Several employees are incapable of understanding my requests to only put a light amount of toppings, attempting to cover themeat and cheese with each topping I choose. Then when asking for very little mayo I often have to hold my temper when they putthree to four lines coating the entire sub. I know they hear me because they repeat what I say. Then the locking of the doorsover 20 minutes before closing preventing customers from overseeing the fixing of their sub forcing customers to pay and hopethey get what they ordered. Read more

Service was terrible! Not a fan fan of complaining, but was the only customer at drive thru around 7pm and waited more than 15... minutes without my order being taken. Twice was told be with you shortly. Finally drove off after my order was never taken. Definitely won't be back! Read more
Came here today around 130 this afternoon. Took 25 minutes to make 3 subs. Employee Ali wasn't very friendly when she was making... our subs. Didn't have any ambition to making them and just kept rolling her eyes. The store was wrapped around the building forDrive-thru and the lobby was full of people. I know it can be stressful at times but there's no need to treat customer's likethat. The food behind the counter didn't look very good either. Lettuce looked brown. Don't think i will be back to this store.Not the way i want to be treated. Read more
Not sure how they manage to screw up my subs so often but they do. Worst subway around here.
