Hoping to pick up dinner on the way home from fishing on Labour Day. Dining room is listed as open till 11 PM with Drive Thru... being 24 hours, arrived before 10 PM to find a notice they were closing at 9PM completely. Said notice was not posted whenpassing by in the afternoon. Dining Room has also been closed consistently on Saturdays at 8 PM through out the summer withdrive thru until 11 PM. Again no notice when passing by earlier in the day. Read more
Stopped here to grab a "quick" dinner for me and the kids 2 weeks ago. Order 2 happy meals, a medium fry and a cheeseburger. I... got 2 happy meals and a medium fry. Didn't realize i was missing the cheeseburger until I was 30 minutes down the road, so mydinner consisted of fries. Our wait in the drive thru was over 30 minutes... so much for being quick. I have been to this McDonald's twice now, and this has to be the slowest "fast food" restaurant on the planet. One time we spent... over an hour in the drive through to get our food, today we waited half an hour in the restaurant for a couple of Egg McMuffins.You can get faster service for a real meal at most sit down restaurants. The only reason this place is still in business isbecause it is on the route between the city and cottage country. Read more
I am truly appalled at the service I received at this McDonald's. I ordered 3 happy meals and 2 adult meals. It took over 40... minutes to receive my order. They very clearly prioritize drive thru vs eat in but this was just ridiculous. Then to add insultto injury they had two employees on clean up of the dining room however they were just re cleaning the same tables over and overagain because no one was moving everyone was just standing around waiting. I completely understand that it was busy however itis clearly so mismanaged 40 minutes for a sit down restaurant is unacceptable but for fast food it is down right embarrassing. Read more
We used to dread our stops here - we knew it would be slow and our order most likely would be wrong. Just went through and... service was faster, and our order was done perfectly (and we had a lot of customization) and the line, while long, moved well. Whatever you are doing keep it up! Read more
My fries were soft and under cooked, and cold. Fries from McDonald's should be consistent. I know it's busy, but make them... right please.. Also ordered 4 large fries and asked for extra ketchup. He was generous and added a whole 2 packs! Seriously?!Be more generous then that. Read more
Arrived at 10:40 AM on a Sunday. The drive-through lineup was long and there was people gathered outside. I was on my way home... from camping drive-through was not an option. Luckily when I got there an employee was telling everyone outside the dining roomwas closed and they had to mobile order it or use the drive-through. I could see behind him there was senior citizens sittingdown at their tables eating and he wouldn?t even let anyone in to use the washroom. He lock the doors and went back inside so Iproceeded over to a Curbside spot to place my order the on mobile app. I placed my order on the app and waited outside for 15minutes while I watched cars go through the drive-through receive their orders and carry on their day. I was standing outsidein the cold with my daughter while we waited for our food. When we finally received our food we were missing utensils andcondiments. This location is a train wreck their priorities are scrambled and I am pretty frustrated to say the least. Ifyou?re going to close the dining room put up some signage don?t be lazy I probably turned away 30 people for them as they alltried to open locked doors. Read more
