I travelled through Beaverton the other day. Stopped to grab a coffee and breakfast. I used the drive thru. I just wanted to... say great work team. Your service was fast, friendly and most of all my coffee and breakfast was served HOT! I haven't beenout that way in over 2 years and just wanted to say thank you and keep up the good work. Let?s be honest. This is the only quick stop open 24/7, and people need to understand where it?s located, in the middle of... nowhere!! of course it?s gonna be packed! We have to understand that it?s not going to be easy having 15-25 people in line withtwo lanes full of cars during rush hour, with two people making food and expecting them to make it instantly; if you want it sobad, come and put in your application people????. The service is fantastic!! Super friendly, and everyone is working hard.Everyone is always doing something, trying to serve customers, cleaning, restocking, etc. The drive-through lanes take up timeand can be long, but people are almost always just waiting for food because the people at Tim?s make the drinks so quickly,really; props to them! To my Night Shift people. With only two people controlling the whole store, it?s jaw-dropping,considering you guys are open 24/7, most days. I got a bagel with a coffee through to drive-thru and waited 12 minutes; thebagel was not what I got, so I went into the store angrily because they messed up my order, and they apologized and replaced mewith the bagel that I wanted. It?s about understanding how much stress people go through in fast food chains during rush hour,especially managers. If you don?t like how slow it is, then go somewhere else, your doing them a favour!! Read more

Only Tims for miles around, and it shows. Frequently busy, and very long drive thru waits. Many others state the same.

I have been to this Tim Hortons in the past and have never experienced the service I got this last time. They had like 6 people... working the drive-thru no one on cash and when one of the employees asked who was on cash no one knew. I realized that this is abusy location but it was so disorganized. I wait 15 minutes before I even made it to the cash to place my order. The employeewho took my order (Andrew I believe) was super friendly and really nice and apologized for the wait. If this is the Tim's closer to Beaverton then my experience here was extremely slow service and the entire service for drive... through and in store service was completely backlogged for awhile and very disorganized. And because the drive through was sobacklogged people thought it would be faster to go inside and order and in side was completely backlogged and disorganized. Hadpeople waiting approx 30 to 40 min just for 3 bagels. I waited over probably over 30 min in store just for 2 coffees an ice-capand 3 donuts. Food prep staff seemed like they were just making food items (in. Sandwiches and just placing them on the counterand not filling orders and bagging each order and left the cashier staff to put orders together leaving them guessing as to whatwas made and what was to be in the order so people kept getting mixed up orders or the wrong orders. Fourth inline at 4:50am to order. Then I become third in line for the window. When I move forward to second in line I see not... one but three different faces all talking and laughing at the window. When I pull up to the window they have my order ready butit's wrong. Priceless! 21 minutes in a drive thru just for you to mess up my order. I live local to this store and in the shorttime I've been there this store gets my order correct half the time. Yes the staff is friendly and polite but not much use whenyou deliver service like this. Would have been longer if I pushed for them to make my beverage correctly. Read more

It was a busy Sunday which is reasonable to expect. I waited in the line for 15 minutes. You could tell how poorly managed this... Tim Hortons was as the majority of the staff seemed so confused about what they needed to be doing. 3 girls near the drive thruwere standing and talking for the entire time I was in line waiting to place my order (1pm). Since it was so busy, it wasextremely inappropriate for any of them to be standing around. You could tell all the customers were very upset. I highlysuggest they make changes. Read more

Went in for 2 creamy chills and 1 ice cap Supreme. What I was given was 2 drinks blended ice and syrup and a basic ice cap. Girl... named haley was so helpful by rolling her eyes and messing up the order for 2nd tome and also saying some fowel things.. don'trecommend Read more
