Our chef must have been busy because we had an extra long wait between ordering, having our appetizers and starters before he... came to cook the dinner. It made for an extra long late night. ???? It is very disgusting that they serve you the sauce in the rest of the bottle and see that the mouth of the bottle is dry, apart... from the empty bottle and the service you ask them for extra orders and they bring it to you until they remember, I ordereddrinks Extras were brought 12 minutes after we asked for them, I did not fly back apart from the lady who took my order, veryinappropriate to take order and I felt that she was in such a hurry to take the order to make her money than to make thecustomer feel satisfied.. no I'm coming back and I don't recommend it... My family and I came here for the first time to celebrate my graduation. It was a little tight to fit the 9 of us to one grill,... but worth it! Our server was kind and attentive, but wow our chef Felix really made the night! I was so happy he happened tohave been assigned to our table because I’m not sure we would’ve had the same enjoyment. He made us laugh, was veryentertaining, and was able to engage with us and keep us engaged. He adjusted our meals as requested and kept us amazed theentire time. I wish I could’ve tipped him more. This place is absolutely awesome! I came here for the first time to celebrate my friend’s bday and the Rob (the chef) made us... feel extra special! Cracked funny jokes while cooking for us and also had some cool tricks to show us. Highly recommend checkthis place out! Read more
I was here last night with a friend of mine to celebrate my birthday. It was my friends first time at Benihana and it most... definitely wont be the last. We had such a wonderful time. The food was amazing as always. The fried rice, hibachi steak andveggies were mouth watering! Also, it must be said that we scored the best Chef! Allen was amazing. Excellent place for food cooked in front of you. Make reservation first, get there 15 minutes before and have fun.two people... with two drinks [ alchohol] 5 course dinner with dessert was $110 with tip... u will spend one and half hour..very goodexperience Read more
It's okay. I've heard about this place for years and never ended up going until now. Let me tell you, there are better places... out there. Don't get me wrong, it was good food, but the whole experience was just... Forced. The portions were smaller that Iwas expecting especially for the prices asked. We asked for 2 sushi rolls that never made it to us and didn't make it on ourticket, so the waitress apparently totally forgot. The drinks, piña colada, was way too sweet and hardly any "kick" to it witha small glass to boot. The chef did his job well, he cooked the food well, but his tricks got a bit stale. He also forgot to dosome key food tricks and tried to "throw it in" at the end. Maybe he's new, but dang I've seen some talented chefs around atother places and these guys just seemed to lack... Pizzazz. The tables and eating room is very tight, I understand you have asmall building but man, not a lot of elbow room. Lastly, it took us nearly 2 hours from sit down to the last person (whohappened to be my wife) getting her food. I have no idea what took so long but wow, I was shocked. I wouldn't go back if I waspaying, but if someone treated me, I'd go. Overall, it was a passable experience, but I'll probably go back to my other japanesegrill. Read more
Loved this place...the food and drinks were yummmy!! This was a last min choice for us so, we didn't have a reservation. The... wait was too long for the hibachi style foodies so, we opted to eat by the bar. It worked just fine! If you want the wholeexprience, you need to make a reservation. Only negative was the strong food smell that was impregnated in my clothes...andeven my hair. Read more
