My daughter asked to spend her 7th birthday at Big Al?s tonight and I was very pleased with the service we receive. Our waitress... Liliana made my daughter?s day feel extra special. It was all the little things and how she just cared about us. I hope everyonewho comes through feels as welcomed as we did! Thank you for a great night Read more

Do not come to this place! We paid for bowling that got cut off half way through, when we asked about it they said we didn't... pay.. but obviously we did because they gave us shoes and put us on the lane. The woman helping us was a total nightmare. Anolder woman, grey hair.. I wish I would have gotten her name because she was the rudest person I've encountered in a very longtime. She needs to get a new job or something, clearly she is very unhappy. The manager then gave us cards to the arcade tocompensate for our bowling getting cut off. The cards didn't work though, so we just left. This place is very poorly ran. Read more

A great place for friends and family to get together for a good time. However, the food was a bit pricier side than I imagined.... You cannot make a reservation or put your name down for a lane. You have to have your entire party with you in order to wait inline for a lane to open. Depending on the time of day, the wait time can be short or it can be long. Overall, The staff wassuper friendly, the arcade games were fun for all ages, and a great place to get out of the heat from. Had a great time! Read more

The food game has really stepped up since I?ve last been in the restaurant. I got the little mvps chicken tenders. But the best... part about the experience was Ricardo. He was very nice and chill. He also talked with us and made the whole dining experiencevery fun. He also got us ranch and ketchup. I think that Ricardo deserve a raise and a bright future in this company. Employeeslike him are one of a kind. Read more

The employees here is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and seem to enjoy being there. Although it was very busy everyone was... having a good time and there was plenty of staff Big Al's is really a destination as the building is impressive inside and out. An elevator or two sets of stairs get you upstairs to a private event space. In the Caddyshack area these are more video games,a full length bar and huge windows looking out over the 1st floor. Event prices were reasonable and are posted on their website. Read more

This is my second time being here and unfortunately I was extremely disappointed. They have a new menu item "famous spaghetti"... that was basically cheese and noodles with a hint of sauce, when asked for additional sauce it was brought out very cold whichmade the meal not worth eating. The kids mac n cheese was old Kraft from the box and not what was pictured on the online menu,my children love Mac n cheese but this was also inedible and cold. The burger was actually good but overall this was NOT worththe $100 we spent just on dinner.. our first time was great so I really looked forward to coming but we should have stayed home. Read more

Update- we haven't been back, but the manager did reach out to me and addressed the issues. They are working on these things... and fixing them. He did mention the nachos and ordering system specifically. I appreciate it and give the props for this. Hopefully next time we go back I can leave a good review! So before I get into this I am glad Big Als is here and hope they dowell. We've been here in the past and enjoyed it. Last night was not up to previous standards. The good: The Pretzel andcheese started things off well. Salty soft Pretzel with a mildly spicy cheese sauce. What's not to like. The wings- one of ourparty had the red hot wings and really liked them. I did not try. The average: The Philly- this was my meal. Not enough cheesesauce throughout-and this really is not a Philly. It's a hot roast beef sandwich with peppers, onions and cheese sauce. Not abad sandwich, but consistency throughout would improve it. The onion rings were ok too. Big and crunchy, but this kind cooloff so fast. The bad: The nachos. Literally no cheese anywhere. No flavor. Just a giant pile of chips for way to muchmoney. Terrible. Will never order again without management assurance that next time will be different. Literally maybe theworst nachos we've ever had. How hard is it to put cheese on chips? The potato skins. My wife had ordered and didn't eat. Ithought she might be acting picky so I tried one. Had a disgusting burnt acidic flavor that caused me to spit out and take a drychip from the nachos to cleanse my palate. Horrible. Service- in light of the pandemic I know they were changing things up andI understand. The ordering app needs work. Didn't want to let me pay. Reset about 5 times before it went through. The kitcheneither doesn't get the notes or read them as the servers had to go back repeatedly. By ordering and paying through the app - ittakes away incentive for the servers to do a good job as well - as they want you to tip in advan Read more
