I ordered a smoky wrap with chicken added, from a very rude employee. I got a tortilla with nothing but chicken and a cellophane... wrapper in it. The spicy bowl was good, yet not really spicy at all. The server was nice and helpful. Enticing to return.

EDIT: I wrote this review yesterday, and this was my ?large? yum bowl today. How is leaving so much of the bowl empty considered... large? This is massively disappointing for something that costs $9.50. Food quality: 3 stars Customer service: 2stars Sometimes we are treated well, sometimes we aren't. They rarely answer the phone and are pretty short with us when we aretrying to do our best navigate their new covid rules. A little grace and understanding would be nice. Their service is usuallynothing to write home about, and the employees often seem disinterested. It's not that we expect incredible customer service,but when asking for a tip when we check out, we hope for more than a nod in our direction at best or irritated comments in ourdirection at worst. The food is usually good though. I hope my bowls aren?t short like this. Read more
