Excellent cookies! I got the lemon cookie and it was delicious. It was baked just right, and the flavor was just right. It was... not overwhelmingly lemon-flavored or sugary. They weren?t overly large cookies but the size was enough to enjoy without wantingmore but also not being too big to the point of regret. Would love to go back and try others. Read more

Didn?t think a cookie store would be necessary, but it?s worth at least one trip! My kids love rotating menu and we get a box... every week. Cookies are huge and dense so we actually cut them in four pieces to share. Boxes are cute, cookies are quality, service has been good. Actually a brilliant idea after all! Read more

Staff was very rude and unwelcoming. Everyone looked like they were being held against their will......This store has nothing on... the Salem location. To top off this rude experience I broke my galaxy brownie cookie in half only to be greeted by this hairbaked into the cookie. Will drive an hour and a half the other direction to not have to come here again. To make matters evenworse I left a decent size tip which was very much not earned Read more

AMBROSIA, pure and simple. I ordered this week?s nilla bean and Kentucky Butter cookies. The cookies are always jaw-droppingly... good, and the two flavors I got today surpass even that high watermark. Well done, Crumbl! Nummy. Read more

This place is a little hit-or-miss on the flavors, which makes you feel like you?re playing BeanBoozled, at $4 a taste. In... general, it is fun to try new flavors, but my true disappointment and why I?m giving this place 3 stars is because I DO expectconsistency in their Chilled Sugar cookie, a regular that they have almost every week. I ordered one the other day, and thetexture was dry and fell apart before I could get it to my mouth. Not sure what happened with the quality control, but cookiesshould stay together and not fall into little tiny crumbs. So much for my $4 cookie. That said, the other three churro cookiesthat I ordered were FANTASTIC and I wish I had just ordered those instead. Read more

Ok. Not sure what the hype is all about. Bought a 12 pack for $36 plus tip so just shy of $4 PER COOKIE. Every single one ...... chocolate chip, toffee chip, double chocolate with chocolate frosting, peach pie, strawberry shortcake with compote topping ...was oddly under baked with an unpleasant soft texture and touch of raw flour taste, and I can't believe I'm saying this in aworld where everything is too sweet and too salty ... every single recipe was flat tasting ... in my opinion, lacking salt andthe right kind of complex sweetness. Honestly if I hadn't dropped the $40 for them and had blind tasted them I woukd havethought they where oversized Safeway bakery cookies. Awful. Perhaps the other flavors they rotate thru are better. Perhaps thebakers at this location couldn't follow directions and missed some ingredients or underbaked them ... probably not ... so Iwould say this franchise is 100% skippable. New Seasons and Grand Central Bakery, even Elephants Deli have amazing hand craftedcookies for the same or less cost that are worth the calories and reward you for sinking your teeth into them, and for Chewingthem and experiencing the right textures, the correct crispness, and for the love of all baking... the correct salt and sugarproportions.
