This is my favorite restaurant. The food is always delicious and the atmosphere is great, very classy and the service is... outstanding. We have been going to DeCarli for more than 10 years now, and not one single time I have left unhappy, thecocktails are crafted with care, with real fresh ingredients, every single item in their always changing menu is exquisite, anddon’t get me wrong! when I say “always changing” I mean that they keep it fun and interesting, but also the classics andfavorites stay, you’ll always find something to come back for and something new to indulge your senses on. Josh has been ourserver of preference these past years, and he goes above and beyond to make sure our experience is never less than excellent.Like I said before, long live DeCarli and it’s delicious food. Very good food. One of the best Beaverton restaurant to eat on special occasion also. It was booked for full capacity and... service can be better ( less staff to provide timely service). This is reson for one less star. Hopefully resturant will readthese reviews and try to fix.There was no one to attend at reception for 5 minutes after arriving on time as per reservation .They have crowded reception with seating arrangements at high density near to reception counter . With no one at reception toattend , it has become airline boarding at big airport . Read more
We were walking around the area trying to decide where to eat. The amazing smell coming from decarli is what drew us in. As we... were reading the menu another couple walked out and said, ‘do it, the food is amazing!’ And they were right! It’s the bestmeal and service I’ve had in a very long time. The restaurant itself has a moody, date night ambiance perfect for a Fridaynight. We ordered the polenta fries to start, then shared the short ribs and torchio. I thought the wine pours and food portionswere fair for the price. Will definitely be back! Read more

The food spoke for itself. We started with the grilled octopus and steak tartar. Both were top tier. Our group then shared a... pizza, tagliatelle, and short ribs with a nice bottle of red. The chanterelles on the pizza were tasty and who doesn't love atagliatelle?! The Short Ribs we're my favorite as they were fork tender and was topped with some good ole horseradish. Endedwith ricotta fritters and a scoup of rocky road gelato. -1 * for the corny server asking if it was delicious every 10ishminutes. We will be back again for the food. Read more
