The food was delicious! The portions are very large, so you can bring home left overs. There is a lot of seating, so there was... no wait for a table when I was there. I will definitely start coming more often. Read more

3.5 stars but gave 4: Gen. Tso Chicken was so tasty!! Pork - hand drawn noodles = good!! (Be sure to order at 3/4 spice... level) Tea = As Ted Lasso said, flavored brown water ???? Improvements: * Food was not hot, warm at best * Service staff = ok,not super friendly * In winter, constant open door will cool your food instantly. Overall = good food. 3.5 Stars Will I comeback, Yes! Read more

This Beaverton joint has fallen off. Went here consistently over last three years and had some great food but my experience last... weekend really got me wondering what in the heck is going on there. Service was horrible, we were left standing waiting to beseated for an uncomfortably long time despite the place not being busy and two staff making eye contact as we stood there. Mysalty pepper shrimp was dry and didn’t have any sauce. Just some fried shrimp with a small handful of sparse veggies. Wifegot served a whole plate of plain noodles, no oil or sauce or anything. Didn’t make any sense. When asking waitress about itshe pretended it’s normal. Do people really eat whole plates full of completely plain noodles?? It’s all quite surprisingbecause they’ve been fantastic in years past. Definitely not worth it now especially given the prices. I’m curious ifthere’s been a change in ownership or chef or something? Loved their food. Was looking for a place like this since I got to Portland. Their ingredients are fresh, and noodles ate house... made. Loved their fried rice as well. Big portions! Can’t wait to try their other noodles. Read more

Love the hand pulled noodles! We got vegetarian hand pulled noodles, salad rolls, and baby bok choi. The salad rolls and the... peanut sauce that came with it tasted good but slightly underwhelming. The salad rolls consisted of primarily lettuce withcarrots and tofu. It's a simple recipe which tastes fine but doesn't stand out. The noodles on the hand are great. They'rethick, soft, and a little chewy. The bok choi tasted how I expected but it complimented the noodles well. The food came outquickly and the staff was friendly. I would recommend this if you are craving some hand pulled noodles. Read more

Super fast service and I was able to eat outside. This place has the freshest and softest noodles I've ever had. They have... varying spice levels but even the hottest isn't that spicy. My food came out in less than 5 minutes. Read more

Having lunch alone there. If you like spicy, do remember to tell them as mine wasn't spicy which I need to ask for additional... chili. The 2nd photo was after the additional chilli, but to me, it's still not hot and spicy enough :) I ordered additionalvegetables just because I wanted to have more vegetables, otherwise, the serving of the Biang Biang noddles is enough for me. Go to spot for delicious Chinese food! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu! So far, the only spot that does Salt Pepper... Squid right! Less than a 10 minute wait, even when busy. Highly recommend! Read more
