I ordered a 12 pc meal, original receipt. They stated that they didn't have enough original in dark meat and would I accept... dark in extra crispy. Kids are hungry, so I said fine. Got home and I have 12 piece, extra crispy, all dark. Can't get anyoneon the phone. I paid for 12 pc mixed of white and dark. Will be looking for an alternative from now on. Read more
For some reason this KFC always makes you wait before you can place your order. Tonight it was changing the till. I wasn't told... this until I was already waiting for almost ten minutes and I asked if they could tell me how long it was going to be. Horriblecustomer service. The guy apologized for the wait, but ten freaking minutes!! They should have offered a free drink at the leastor a free side. Nope just "be with you in one minute" and then ten minutes of waiting. If this was a one off you wouldn't bereading this. This was a five star review a year ago, but I changed it today because it's happened too many times. Read more
We got home, put the chicken on a plate, and on the bottom of the bucket there was already eaten food, chicken that had been... eaten, and bones. The most disgusting thing i have ever seen.
