The sushi at Koya is so good! Been for both dine-in and take-out multiple times. The quality is outstanding, the food very fresh... and we just don’t want other sushi. Due to Covid, the staff had been cut, so the service was really slow, we’ve waited for almost 30 minutes to get our food. But... I guess good food are worth the wait. The food was really good, sashimi were really fresh. My favorite was the rice less roll,full of protein and cucumbers. The flavor were all nicely compliments one another.
