Ordered a pepperoni deep dish. For some reason it just tasted overwhelming like onions. Feel like the pans used weren't cleaned.
Employee answered the phone very quickly and I placed an order easily. Online order was down. Employees were very nice and... greeted me when I came in the store! Worst service ever! I order by phone 30 minutes early because I know how busy they are, and they manage 2 weeks in a row to not... place my order. Service is always iffy, then they make me wait and give me lip when I complain about it. Full price or nopizza! It's all 17 year olds who could care less that your order was screwed up. I asked the second time for a manager orowner and was told the managers don't work on Friday nights. 20 people in line and no manager? Badly run chain won't begetting my money any more. NEVER AGAIN. I have stopped going to this location. The first experience about 6 months ago they over charged me. I had to wait... to speak with the manager and she was rude and argued with me and never refunded me, nor offered any way to correct their wrong.The 2nd time, the kids behind the counter were not paying attention and litterally dancing around and laughing and failed totell me my pizza was ready and put it in the warmer, continued to serve others then blamed me for not hearing them anouncing itwas ready, although they did not, I was standing less than 10 feet away watching. I upgraded deciding I'd get bread sticks and asoda and she over charged me again. I had to drive 15min for a refund she assured me I obtained on my card which I did not. Icalled the store, they told me I'd have to wait to speak with the mngr. I never obtained my refund.Again, NEVER going back. Read more
