We sat for almost 20 mins and no one came to take our order. Some one came in after us , their order was taken. We call someone... over one waitress brought us more chips. The restaurant staff and owners are cons. They respond to complaints with generic lackluster responses as if they intend to fix... or remedy the problem, but have no intentions of ever improving the customer's experience or grievance. When finding hair in myfood, the manager responded that just happens. For this reason, I will be reporting this restaurant to the Health Department asthis is a regular ongoing occurrence according to management. DO NOT WASTE YOUR DOLLARS AT THIS POOR EXCUSE OF A MEXICANRESTAURANT. Your experience will be tarnished. The act of willful ignorance and subpar service decreases the value of therestaurant and the meal. This is obviously a reflection of poor ownership, leadership, and low expectations. There is no senseof care, cater or love for their customers. It doesn't matter if you've been contributing to the families of the workers andowners for 7 years it still has no value to this unsanitary, unprofessional, dismissive, community cesspool. A Meal Soured: While delivering for a 3rd party service I came across Mazatlan. The manager & I chatted about difficulties that... come with these services. He stated that someone gave them a horrible review for technical issues w/the app. I assured him I'dbe back & I was for 3 yrs, bringing my mother from Texas, new friends I'd met, & my now partner. This evening my partner & Ihead in for another dinner & things went well as usual, until we ordered dessert which we didn't do normally & she scoops out abite & there's a hair hanging from her spoon. We both freeze & notify the server. She's gone about 5 minutes & brings the tab.No, " I'm so sorry, I'll have the manager right over." Nothing. We head up to pay & the same manager, I make sure he is in factthe manager. I ask him if he was made aware of the hair. He said, yes, that's why the charge was removed. I asked why he failedto come over & speak w/is about it. He said well I was busy & these things happen all of the time. He then said he could takesome price off. I let him know how I come to be there solely to support him & the local business & it's very unfortunate thecustomer service has decreased so significantly. He then proceeded to charge the full amount for the rest of the meal... Lol!The meal & whole experience was just soured to the max. We won't be back. Read more
There food is good. But we all know with bad service it leaves a nasty taste in your mouth. Not one time came to refill our... drinks that I had to get up and ask if they were coming way after we got our food already. Not once came to check on us. We hadto go find the waiter to get us our check. Also there was only 3 other tables in there. I don?t recommend this place if youactually want to enjoy your food. Read more
Food was good, nothing crazy. Service was lacking, had to ask multiple times for salsa and straws and silverware. The bean dip... had no flavor, the salsa had good flavor but was suoer watery, no chunks. Original margarita on the rocks was the only thingworth of 5 stars, so good! Read more
I really like their bean dip that they provide as part of your meal. It tastes really good to dip your chips in. I think my... favorite dish or actually the only dish I ever order, is the carne asada and it is always wonderful. I need these days I willtry out their enchiladas and Tacos although as you can see from my son's picture that taco looks pretty epic. He ate the wholething without hesitation. The server week it's always been friendly and she gives me extra chips to go when I asked. The nextday I could do enjoy being dip with the chips again for a hearty meal. That chocolate milk was really good but a little bitdifferent from what I'm used to. It was really hot and took a while to cool down. Read more
TERRIBLE SERVICE!! The food was mediocre at best and the prices were way to high for the type of food. Beyond that the service... was absolutely awful. We were there for lunch in an almost empty restaurant and the waiters and waitresses were slow,unfriendly and never once came to check on us after bringing our order. Also three staff members, one being our waiter wereplaying on their phones in plain view of the entire restaurant dining area. We had to raise our hands and clap just to get ourwaiters attention to get our bill. I will never return to this place and I do not recommend this place to anyone. Read more
First Visit: Loved their ambience and food preparation. Went for dinner. Second visit: Went for lunch. Ordered two chicken... tacos, three Enchiladas and Camarones Al Mojo De Ajo. Food tasted good. Good service. Read more
