The food itself is good, I won't take away from that. HOWEVER!! Because no one wears name tags, I have to generalize: 90% of the... morning front counter crew has a severe attitude problem! I asked for a large coke, dumb kid brought me an unsweetened iced tea.I took it to the counter, asked nicely for him to give me what I ordered, and he gave me a diet coke... I'm not fat, just forthe record, just layered up cuz I work out in the cold!! This is a small remodeled McDonald's, and generally there's only one drive through window operating, so it can take some time to... get through it. Food is hot, and special orders are generally correct. Never had an issue that's caused me to complain. Onenote though is that their ice cream machine has been down for a month so no frozen treats during that time. Read more

Keep on driving down the road to the Cedar Hills location. I was hoping the remodel might help this location turn a new leaf,... but it's still unpredictable and inaccurate. They've always messed up orders and had strange service. Still the case. Today at10am, all of the doors were locked. No signs. I had a mobile inside pick up. Usually the app won't let you do this if theirdining room is closed. No one answered the door or even looked our way, and there was a good group of people. Finally afterstanding there a good 20 minutes, they brought me my food - cold, incorrect. Then slammed the door in the face of everyone else.Several who had walked there and couldn't simply walk through the drive through. No explanation, no apology. Read more

I am here to say I live by the location and every morning I see theses employees out cleaning the parking lots, and a couple... days ago they were out cleaning the busstop on the street in front of their business. I was so extremely impressed I had tomake sure they were appreciated. Thank you employees for coming to work and working (again thank you)beyond your expectations. Cleaning around that busstop was a job in itself. I will do business there more now just to support. Read more

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I asked the employee at the drive thru screen to please not put cheese on my McMuffin, 3 times I had... asked them. They still put cheese on it. I called into the restaurant to let them know and they proceeded to tell me that theircook said they didn't put cheese on it but I have my picture to prove that they are in fact the ones lying. Just remember whenworking in fast food, be sure to not argue with the customer. They are always right. Read more

With the new "self order stations", the staff barely will acknowledge you there. I didn't get a receipt, so I wasn't sure of my... order number. They were quite rude when I asked if my food was almost done as I was waiting for 16 min Read more

I ordered a couple of burgers and got home to find out the burger wasn?t there. I appreciate all of the remodeling they?ve done... to the place, but I would have really appreciated the food I ordered. Go with the expectation that your order won?t be correctbut you?ll get to see fresh paint! Read more

Newly remodeled. Parking lot a bit cluttered. New dining area. Looks nice. Good food for a reasonable price.
