I have rarely had a bad pizza but this is two in a row. Sauce spread as thinly as you can. A pizza with Canadian bacon and extra... cheese. Cheese thin enough you could see the sauce through it all over. Not sure if they have changed the amounts of cheese theyput on but it's not enough. A for 22 dollars for a leg thin crust it was a complete disappointment. Read more

Walked in, got the special, and added an extra topping. Person at the counter was awesome while the 2 guys on the line were... making pizza. Friendly and easy to work with. Read more

Don't come at a busy time unless you have an hour to wait. Placed an online order (2 pizzas) hours earlier for a 4:30pm pick... up. Pizzas not ready, crowd of 8-12 people outside the door waiting. Not the workers' fault, they were slammed but still verynice. 5:12pm they were finally ready. Read more

If you are craving pizza, and don?t mind placing it in your oven at home, Papa Murphy?s is the place to go. I am a huge pizza... fan overall and usually enjoy dining out, but with COVID-19, Papa Murphy?s has been the only pizza parlor that I feel safeeating from. Although Papa Murphy?s is of course a chain, I feel that the Murray location is doing the best job to keep itscustomers safe. They have moved all of their order pick-ups to the front of the store, so customers barely have to step inside. If that wasn?t enough, they?re also offering curbside pick-up on their online orders, which all you have to do is call uponarrival and they will bring it out. Thank you Papa Murphy?s. Your food is consistently good and your efforts to continueimproving while COVID-19 is going on is awesome. Read more

This location is one of the smaller shops I've seen for a Papa Murphys. Usually you don't need that much space, however the few... times I've been in here its been a bit crowded (dinner time rush?). This time I did schedule/pay for a pickup @530pm. The orderwas placed around 200pm that afternoon. When I got to the place, I noticed the lady in front of me saying she'd come back in abit because it wasn't ready yet. So I figured, maybe it's just her who may not have ordered online. But she had indeed orderedonline and it wasn't ready for her when she arrived. So when they asked my name, they said they were working on it. I waited. Igot my pizza about 13 minutes after 530pm. No big deal really. However, it could have been. The point of ordering online is tohave it prepared at the time of pickup. Maybe they were just having a bad/busy day and it pushed all the pizzas back? Not sure, but I think that should be taken care of. It probably would have been just around 15 if I ordered it when I arrived. Read more

Typically we have had a great experience with this Papa Murphy's over the past years. It was just happenstance that I came in... early before my pizzas were ready to see the cashier who was coughing and visibly sick going back to the food prep area to talkwith the other employees. He was coughing and complaining about how sick he felt and that he should have stayed home........wedid not eat the pizzas and I'm in the process of getting a refund. They were prepaid online, otherwise I would have not paidfor them in the store. I will not return to this Papa Murphy's again. Update - The manager was very apologetic and refunded mymoney without question. So I'd give them 5 stars for customer satisfaction. Read more
