I really want to like Pietro's Pizza, as I feel a civic duty to support local businesses that cater to families. However,... Pietro's Pizza just disappoints. The Pizza is way overpriced (hard to pay $32 for a large 3 topping pizza when Domino's can doit better for $8). There doesn't seem to be any trashcans, so I assume the employees are going to bus the tables, but theydon't. Amongst the plethora of seating, it's difficult to find a clean table. I ended up picking a vacant one and wiping itmyself with napkins. The employees are too busy playing on their phones to actually do their jobs (perhaps that's more a failingof this generation than the particular establishment, but it's still annoying). The most aggravating part is that about half ofthe games are broken. There are two change machines, one is broken. Of the 3 ticket counter machines, 2 are broken. Of the 42games, about 20 are broken. I don't mind high prices if the experience warrants it, but this just feels like I got cheated.However, with better trained employees that put their phones away, and a bit more care for fixing the broken machines, thiscould be a great place for the family. This place is awful. Stood at the counter waiting forever for someone to take out order. Pizza was decent even though I don?t... think it had any sauce on it. The arcade is trash. 75% or more of the games didn?t work. Some games weren?t posted out of orderand just ate your coins or wouldn?t give you tickets. Staff seemed to not care at all. 0/10 would not recommend. Read more

The pizza was really good! We ordered a Mediterranean which was fantastic. Kids had a good time in the arcade and mini golf.... Wasn't crowded but this could have been due to the 4th of July holiday. Read more
Half of the games are out of order. One forth eat your tickets and wont let you play. So you have maybe 6-8 games that work half... way. Pizza is over priced. Should have went to John's incredible pizza. The food sucks and it's over priced but at least thegames work. Read more
Second poor experience at this place. When we arrived we were not even greeted. The girl who finally took our order was... incredible spaced out. It was just my husband and I and we always get our own pizzas. He loves meat and red sauce. I loveveggies and white sauce. I asked what was their white sauce as sometimes its Alfredo and sometimes its pesto, depending on whereyou go. The girl said its garlic ranch, that sounded great. We ordered and went to find a seat. Not one table was clean and 4 ofthe tables still had old plates and trays on them, when we left an hour later not one person came to clean any table, no oneeven came to look at them. We are still in a pandemic and it was filthy. When our pizzas arrived, my husband's looked incredibleand he said it was delicious. My pizza was cooked and had great crust but no sauce or bland sauce, couldn't tell and none of thevegetables on my pizza were cooked. I love raw veggies but not on pizza! Pizza was just ok. The tables were a mess and we paid for 2 salads only to find the salad bar half empty and no silverware. ... Ordered milk to be forgotten feel like it is more catered to play ground. For 90.00 we should have at least a good salad. Read more
