Best ramen I have had in beavertons. Super nice staff, very quick service. Ramen is not salty (which is correct), good flavored... broth, excellent chashu, good apps, and they even have bigger sizes for those with hollow legs. I have heard it gets very busyand is hard to get a table, but I didn't experience this. Read more
The price was shockingly very very reasonable. A bowl of Ramen that I got is like $15 in Seattle and maybe $18-20 in California,... so I was pleasantly surprised. The quality was solid and the service was great. I will definitely return and try other items. Read more

Love that this place serves a feast for your taste buds. You can never go wrong with the fusion of flavors, hot miso soup, and... just the right amount of spices for every ramen bowl. Waiting time to get a table can be around 15-20 minutes (but definitelyworth it), and another 5-10 minutes for the food to be served. Five Star experience! Walked in and all the staff says hello to you! That in it self is awesome. Was supposed to be 15 mins to... get seated and was seated right away. Connected to an amazing market. Mom had deluxe ryoma ramen And I had chayasu bowl, spicymeat added boil egg gyoza Both dishes we good in my bowl I was glad to have added the spicy meat and egg if not I don't think Iwould've liked it as much. The broth is AMAZING - depth of flavor, rich, hearty, warming to the soul... Noodles have a very nice "bounce" to them,... absorbing the broth flavor well without getting too mushy. Only downside is there always appears to be a 40-50 min wait.... Read more
