The quality has gone down hill. I ordered 4 large sides of Mac salad for a potluck ($64). Since I was grabbing that, I decided... to order a plate lunch as well. The chicken doesn't appear to be grilled. No sauce. Very dry. No utensils were included andalso no extra Teriyaki sauce. Won't be returning to Roxy's TV Hwy anytime soon. Read more
The wait time was over 40 minutes for 2 of us. The cashier that took our order was not very friendly. The teriyaki chicken was... good,, but the mac salad lacked flavor. The portions were pretty small.. I am very doubtful that I will eat here again. Read more

Must be new owners/management. Small portions. New staff all the time. Paid $1.75 for a extra side of rice that came in a baby... juice box sized box. I get stressed out everytime I go there. Seems like they dont know how to get orders out and dont call outpeoples names when orders are up. Ordered thru the app and paid $1.00 fee. Not generous with sauces either. Bummer experienceoverall. Seems I?m not the only one that feels the same way . Plain and simple the food is really good , a bit expensive for fast casual... but still quality non the less . Staff friendly and inside is nice atmosphere . One star taken because their main problem isthe wait time . Took over 45 minutes to get one lunch plate with only one person in front of me in line (although had multipleUber / DoorDash orders ) it?s really not the staffs fault they are all doing as much as they can. Warning if you?re looking toget something on a lunch break it will take a very long time . Either they expand the location to ease out the foot traffic vsonline orders or hire more staff / pay staff . Even though the food was really good Not sure if I?ll come back due to the wait . I came in around 4pm and the lady at the counter was nice and a good communicator. I got to try 2 different types of chicken and... she was really accommodating. Super good. Fed my family of 4. Clean and fun inside! Thank you! Oh and I wish I ordered sauce onthe side - it?s not really enough with how its served alone. Read more
You can?t even call the restaurant or order online, you HAVE to use DoorDash or caviar which up charges it and the restaurant... doesn?t even get the up charge(so why they do this baffles me). The food takes a while to make and the only way you aren?t beingforced to pay extra is if you go order in person and wait. Any owner who would choose to do this probably isn?t a very gooddecision maker. Read more
