This is the worst location! The customer service is absolutely terrible! I live down the street and intentionally try to not go... to this location. I?m never welcomed when I come in, I?m never thanked, and I?ve only been told goodbye once. They are VERYslow, especially compared to the other locations which are literally 1-2 blocks away. Zero sense of urgency here. Whoever themanager or district manager is for this location needs to retrain virtually every person at this location. Skip this place. Goto the cedar hills ones instead. Always reliable from one store to the next. It's what keeps me as a customer. I've written in many times about suggested changes... when they ask. I'll hold my breath till their implemented. Lol! I'd switch but other places' apps aren't as evolved yet asStarbucks. So I'm loyal till then, unless Starbucks implements those other changes, then I'll be a customer for life. Read more
Nice Starbucks one of the newest ones in the area. You can go inside and order now and it's usually quicker. Drive thru is... pretty busy and along with online orders it's quicker to go inside. Staff is pleasant and service was excellent for how busythey were. Drive thru is quick and easy normally except for the weekends, go inside if you don't mind getting out of your car.Overall it's a good location for the area and glad they are here now Read more
The workers at this Starbucks deserve praise! By the time of this review (Nov 2021) still a relatively new store but I am... impressed by how *consistently* they do things well here. They always get the Starbucks recipe of my drink right. This mightsound like duh! But lack of consistency is a serious problem among Starbucks stores. Seems some baristas insist on doing theirown version of a drink or their own version of customer service; but not at this store. They follow Starbucks standards acrossthe board and I love that. I can always expect my drink done right, the way Starbucks intended it. I also very much appreciatehow consistently they try to be polite, professional and friendly with *everyone* who comes in the store; regardless of whatthey look like or who they are. In general I give this store 5 stars because to achieve this level of consistency after havingbeen open only a few months is quite a feat and that deserves praise. I hope they keep it this way! Terrible customer service. The staff I interacted with were not purposefully engaging with the customers and when they did it... was forced. The barista who took my order rolled their eyes consistently, did not read my order back to me and my drink ended upbeing incorrect. When I told another barista of the error of my drink, the same barista who took my order overheard, scoffed androlled her eyes. I would not recommend this Starbucks due to the poor customer service. There is another Starbucks down thestreet that I will be going to from now on. Read more
