Manager who worked on Nov 9 at 11:24am has given me the worst customer service I've ever received in the food industry. Messed... up my order and when I went to go correct it the food was snatched out of my hand thrown at me in my car. Said her name wasStephanie. When I called to voice a formal complaint she became very defensive in my complaints to her service. Constantlyasking me "what do you want?!?!" over the phone "hurry up and tell me what the problem is?!?!" No idea why all wendy's are closing their dining rooms on the weekends, but the pandemic is over and I am not going to eat in my... car like a homeless person, unless I go to Sonic. The point of a restaurant, since this corporation classifies itself as such,is to be able to dine inside the establishment, not in the parking lot. Wendy's is not getting any more of my money. If theywant to cater to only drive-thru and food delivery, then demolish the dining areas and be done with it instead of having peoplefind out at the door. This is bad customer service. Read more
Absolutely the worst fast food location I have ever been to. They screw up every order. They do not listen carefully. The order... screen at the speaker looks fine but something goes wrong by the time it reaches window 1. First window cannot read the orderback speak English. Requests are mixed up between items ie pickles n onions are left on a ???? that I asked them to remove andother condiments removed like ketchup and mayo on ???? I wanted it on. Missing items. They gave me raw burgers on one orderwhere the meat was barely cooked. I politely asked what is the deal and all the girl asked for was my receipt. She would not letme speak to the manager. This is one of those places where you get the sense that everyone hates customers at the slightestimplication they did something wrong. And it has been the same employees for months! I don't have high expectations of fast food restaurants. This is the coldest jbc I've ever been subjected to, tho. The real... concerning part is that the cheese wasn't melted...so was it put together cold? I suppose my intestines will tell me in thecoming hours. :( Read more
