I try to always stop here when traveling down route 100. They have great food, great customer service. And they are always so... packed that you should expect to wait just a few short minutes because everyone else loves this place too. They always havedifferent specials. My only complaint, which isn't enough to knock off a star, is They changed their biscuits to some cheaperversion so I hope they bring that back. I recommend this place to everyone! Read more

The Americana Diner is always a stop-over when we visit the National Padre Pio Center a few minutes north. This classic... stainless steel diner sparkles on the outside and is meticulously clean on the inside. Oh.... and the food is great comfort foodtoo. Read more

Menu was huge. If you can't find something you want to eat off of it there is something wrong. A lot of daily specials. I had... the crab stuffed flounder with a black diamond steak. That steak was perfectly cooked (medium) and tender! Not pictured is mybaked potato and side of corn. The portions are huge. My mom got the special, a half chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy w/side of broccoli. All of us at the table also received soup. 2 chicken noodle and 2 Manhattan clam chowder. Chowder wasfabulous, wish I could have ate more but my 7 year old took one bite and claimed it for herself. Baskets of warm bread andbutter brought to the table. Waitresses was fast, pleasant and damn can she carry alot of drinks on one tray. (There were 8 ofus total) Menu says one free refill, we didn't get close to needed more than one refill (glasses were big) Will definitely beback! Read more

Great place for breakfast, nice atmosphere. The staff were kind and friendly. The menu is awesome, they have more stuff than... regular waffles, pancakes, french toast and sandwiches. Medium fare. The entrance and exterior looks amazing. Perfect portions. Read more

Great place to go for a quick meal. Prices are reasonable and portion size is good. The quality of food is like most diners. ... There are a few different things I enjoy. Good for breakfast lunch and dinner. One thing that set them apart was the salad barthey had. But they haven't brought that back since COVID and the dinner salads are very bland compared to what was on the saladbar. Read more

This is my FIRST experience here.. I went in to get food for my husband. He said the food was ok, but their service.... well... I'll say they're rude! He ordered breakfast. Scrambled eggs with cheese, bacon, & hashbrowns with white toast. I walk in &there's a bunch of teenagers standing around. I walk over to the register & give his name. The girl walks over to a bag sittingon a buffet bar snatches off the receipt & rings up my order. Now she never grabbed the bag only the receipt. I pay for my order& she points to the bag & says your order is over there. I'm like really? I walk over & grab my bag thinking this will be thelast time I come in here! How rude! I felt like that could've been handled a whole lot better. Read more

The Americana Diner is a nice family restaurant, serving a huge selection of American fare. The menu has so many items, that... it's almost overwhelming. The decor of the restaurant is top notch, with stainless steel and neon matching the classic 1950'stheme they are going for. The food has been good pretty much every time that I've eaten here. They serve breakfast all day, sothat's always a good choice. On this last visit, my wife's toast was burnt, but they brought out new toast. My dad had asenior special, and the servings were huge with it. I had a buffalo chicken cheesesteak which was surprisingly good. I've hada good gyro here and I liked their meatloaf also. The salad bar is no more for now, but maybe it will come back someday. Read more
